Job Description:

• Work in partnership with CNO to manage assigend patient caseloads and provide a consistent patient service.
• Liaise and support other members of the multidisciplinary team and other agencies relating to patient care, maintaining good communication channels.
• Be aware of safe guarding policies, both local and national, and implement such policies should it become necessary.
• Assess clinical conditions, prioritize health problems, including initiation of effective emergency care.

Skills

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

• Master's or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.  
• UAE license as RN or Active home country license (we can support DHA license application if needed) 
• Fluency in English (speak, read and write).
• Arabic speaking skills will be an added advantage.
• Excellent Computer Literacy skills is required.

Minimum Experience:

Minimum 5+ years nursing experience with at least 2 years in acute critical care/team leader position.
