Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Create engaging and high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and aesthetics.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Identify and engage with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to expand our reach.
Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
