​Charterhouse is working with an international European group that specializes in manufacturing machinery and plants for various industries, with a focus on food and beverage technologies. Our client is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Dubai.

About the role
The Administrative Assistant will support the administration department in daily activities, ensuring operational efficiency and meeting deadlines. This role involves managing documentation, coordinating administrative activities, and collaborating with various company departments to ensure a smooth workflow.

The role includes managing company phone calls and emails, providing assistance to clients and suppliers, as well as monitoring and managing administrative and accounting deadlines. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will collaborate with the financial advisory team to optimize internal processes, support billing activities, and manage payments.

About you
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role along with a high school Diploma or Degree in economics/administration. Our client is looking to recruit a professional Administrative Assistant who is meticulous, self-motivated and able to demonstrate excellent organisational and time-management skills. The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Excellent communication skills in English are also essential for this role; Arabic will be an added advantage.
