Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse financial reports, market trends, sales and operational data to assess organizational performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and periodic reports for management, highlighting business performance, areas of concern, and potential improvements.
• Work closely with department heads and management to gather data and understand their business needs and challenges.
• Utilize statistical software and tools to model data, predict outcomes, and provide actionable insights.
• Propose and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on findings to senior management.
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing analytical support to ensure financial targets are met.
• Construct and deliver compelling presentation slides for senior management, ensuring clear communication of business insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency across sources.
• Participate in the strategic planning and implementation of business improvement initiatives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to recommend adjustments in strategies.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, performance management, or a similar role.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience creating presentation materials for a senior audience.
• Ability to work independently and with teams across business functions.
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
