Overview of the Role:

As a Sales Executive focusing on the Eicher product range, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and nurturing relationships with both existing and potential clients. Your primary objective will be to expand our customer base, meet and exceed budget targets, and contribute to the sustained growth of our Bus business.

 

What You Will Do:

  • Contribute to revenue generation, unit sales, and customer engagement through effective sales process management and a strategic distribution approach.
  • Assist the Department Sales Manager in preparing annual budgets and business proposals to surpass set targets.
  • Identify and pursue new customers and sales opportunities, devising action plans to secure new business for the department.
  • Proactively manage customer requirements for on-time delivery, considering lead times, specification changes, and demand fluctuations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with key contacts, gathering market intelligence on competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge.
  • Independently manage every aspect of the sales process, demonstrating proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving.
  • Stay updated on the latest regulations, standards, and industry practices within the Bus sector.
