WEMS HR Solutions is urgently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Female Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's facilities by coordinating manpower services, administrative tasks, and communication between various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of assigned facilities, including scheduling manpower deployment for cleaning, security, and other services.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their specific needs and ensure service delivery meets their expectations.
- Liaise with service providers to ensure timely and efficient service execution.
- Maintain accurate records of manpower deployment, attendance, and performance.
- Prepare reports on facility operations and manpower utilization for management review.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining client files.
- Assist with facility inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.

Skills
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a facility management or related role.
- Proven experience in coordinating manpower services and scheduling.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid UAE Driver's License is a plus.
