HR Officer

  • Collects and compiles HR matrix and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, competitors’ practices, and other sources.
  • Utilizing data and analysis to propose policies and activities that enhance organizational culture, such as improving the recruitment and retention of qualified candidates, resolving staffing issues, increasing employee motivation, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Creates data-driven reports on recruitment, retention, and compliance, presenting insights and recommendations to the management team.
  • Examines HR metrics and data to identify trends and patterns related to employee recruitment, retention, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
