- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions that meet clients needs.
- Analyze market trends competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to effectively position our products in the market.
Skills
- Proven experience in Salons, Clinics & Aesthetics for hair & skin care sales or related field.
- Strong knowledge of salesforce systems.
- Demonstrated success in account management and achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in English & Russian is an edge.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities.
- Proven ability to drive business development initiatives and close sales deals.
- Experience in outside sales is preferred
- Must have a car and diving license
