Description
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive data governance policies and procedures.Lead the development and execution of data cleansing and standardisation initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to identify data management requirements and best practices.Monitor and assess data quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Educate and train employees on data governance policies and procedures.Stay up to date on evolving data governance regulations and best practices.Prepare reports and dashboards to track data quality and compliance progress.Work with IT and other departments to ensure the technical infrastructure supports data quality initiatives


Profile
Over 6 years' experience in data governance, data quality management, or a related field.Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices (e.g., data lineage, data ownership, data security).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address data quality issues.Proven ability to develop and document clear, concise policies and procedures.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
