Business Development Executive

What You'll Do:

  • Be the face of Qarrib, scheduling and conducting in-person meetings with Baqalas.
  • Guide Baqala owners through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and successful launch on our platform.
  • Build strong relationships with Baqalas, acting as their dedicated point of contact and ongoing support.
  • Monitor Baqala performance and adherence to marketing activities and customer download efforts.


Skills

Who You Are:

  • A B2B sales professional with at least 1 year of experience exceeding sales targets (or demonstrably strong sales aptitude).
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Adept at building rapport and trust, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Experience in business development or creating partnerships is a plus.
  • A valid UAE driver's license is preferred but not essential.
