Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, provide assistance and information on products, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Sales: Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs, upsell and cross-sell products, and process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Inventory Management: Stock shelves, organize and maintain product displays, and assist in receiving and unpacking merchandise shipments.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing. This includes tidying up shelves, dusting products, and ensuring the sales floor is clutter-free.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the products and promotions offered by the store to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
• Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately, and follow all cash handling procedures.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Skills

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and punctual.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
