  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff in the outpatient department.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans and protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive outpatient services.
  • Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with DHA requirements.
  • Manage the inventory of medical supplies and equipment in the outpatient department.

  • Outstanding leadership and management capabilities, inspiring and motivating the nursing team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
  • Proficient in healthcare regulations and care standards, demonstrating the ability to interpret and implement them effectively.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities, proficient in identifying and tackling patient care issues.
  • DHA license with min. 5 years of experience as a Charge Nurse/Head Nurse
  • Proven experience in outpatient nursing in a polyclinic or day care surgery setting.
  • Experience in Dermatology/Cosmetics/Aesthetic industry would be preferred.
