Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, assess competitive landscape, and understand industry trends.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business strategies and initiatives.
  • Change Management: Assist in managing change within the organization by providing guidance and support during the implementation of new processes and systems.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements and data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.
  • Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings, recommendations, and action plans for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Engage with clients, employees, and other stakeholders to gather input, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
