We at Tanami Properties are currently hiring a Real Estate Agent to be part of our Off Plan Team and Secondary Market. Responsibilities: - Achieve sales targets/KPIs set in the Employment Contract. - Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers. - Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of properties, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting. - Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements. - Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds. - Monitor Fulfilment or purchase contract terms to ensure that they are handled on time. - Maintain Knowledge of UAE real-estate law, local economies, types of available mortgage and financing options - Interview Buyers to determine what kind of properties they are seeking. - Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers. - Advise sellers on how to make their properties more appealing to potential buyers - Arrange for title searchers to determine whether clients have clear property titles - Ensure due diligence of the above listing documents to comply with Dubai’s Land Department and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) Standards. - Contact property owners and advertise service to solicit property sales listings - Prepare documents as applicable, such as the listing form, Form A, Passport copy, and title deed. - Maintain Knowledge of UAE real-estate law, local economies, types of available mortgage and financing options - Always represent the company in a professional manner Why choose Tanami Properties? - We are one of the largest and trusted leading Real Estate companies on the market. - We are rapidly growing and expanding our portfolio both on the off-plan and secondary market. - We believe personal development; training & and product knowledge are the keys to success and we invest heavily in that. - All our employees have the opportunity to grow and succeed, we encourage everyone to set goals and fulfill their aspirations. - You will be a part of a diversified and friendly work environment.

Qualifications: - Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, customers, and the general public. - Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Ability to close deals effectively and efficiently. - Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple properties and clients simultaneously. Strong attention to detail. - Self-motivation: Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve results. - Customer Focus: Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
