A well-known and distinct mall in Motor City.
Job Description:
- Oversee all aspects of mall management.
- Develop leasing plans to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan.
- Ensure smooth and positive relationship with the tenants, suppliers, and contractors.
- Resolves complaints and demands of tenants within the legal and contractual obligations.
- Prepare plans and schedules for regular and periodic maintenance in conjunction with relevant facilities management and service providers and follow up on quality and execution.
Skills
Qualifications:
- 40 years old and below
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in mall management.
- Must have bachelor’s degree in related field.
