Sales Manager-Forex (Hybrid)

Our client is a leading international and regulated forex broker, they are looking to hire a Sales Manager to manage a team of sales representatives, develop sales strategies and ensure sales performance and targets are met.

Responsibilities
 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive direct sales of forex products and services.
 Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
 Set sales targets and KPIs for the sales team.
 Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback 
 Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.
 Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  Oversee the daily operations of the direct sales team.
  Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  Manage sales pipelines and forecasts, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  Communicate effectively with senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
  Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and developments.
  Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for senior management.
  Use data-driven insights to inform sales strategies and decision-making.


RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. 
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the forex or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of forex products, trading platforms, and market dynamics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Proficient in using CRM software and sales performance tools.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Results-oriented with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills
