• Trainingduty managers together with a person pointed for country level training.
• Trainingcrew members together with duty manager.
Business management
• Managing operations based on business goals and targets.Budgetingtogether with general manager. Reporting.
• Understanding numbers and contribution margin is a must. Efficient deployment of resources, shift planningand rostering.
• Acceptinghours for payroll. Handling purchases.
Skills
Customer success
• Auditingcustomer experience.Quality checks on agreed processes and service criteria (parties,busy weekends etc).
• Makingnecessary changes to ensure the high quality and competitive edge.
• Handling difficult customer situations andcomplaints.
Day to day operations
• Ensuringgeneralcleaniness of premises.
• Settinghigh criteria and supervisingthat it will take place - by our own team and outsourced parties.
• Managingsafety process and routines.Overseeingthat all agreed steps are done properly.
