Job Summary:
The Laptop Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining laptops. This includes hardware and software troubleshooting, performing upgrades, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service.
Requirements:-
1. Should be good at Hardware and Software of the Laptops.
2. Checking computers/Laptop hardware (HDD, RAM, Camera, Mouse, Keyboards, etc) to ensure functionality.
3. Thorough knowledge of computer systems and IT components.
4. Setup hardware and install and configure software and drivers
5. Troubleshoot system failures or bugs and provide solutions to restore functionality.
