Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Real Estate Coordinator to enhance our operations. This role involves supporting real estate transactions, coordinating property viewings, managing listings, and actively sourcing new property listings through strategic calling efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support agents and brokers in managing real estate transactions and maintaining documentation.
  • Schedule and coordinate property viewings, meetings, and inspections, ensuring effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date listings on various real estate portals.
  • Manage client data in the company’s CRM system and ensure all interactions are logged accurately.
  • Provide administrative support including drafting correspondence, data entry, and responding to client inquiries.
  • Actively make calls to property owners to source new listings and identify potential sales or leasing opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners, keeping a database of potential sellers and buyers.
  • Assist in marketing efforts, including preparing promotional materials and campaigns for properties.
  • Generate reports on sales activities, market trends, and campaign effectiveness.

Skills

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate administration, with a strong emphasis on telecommunication and client management.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively make outbound calls and manage inbound communications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and real estate databases.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to persuade and negotiate.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred.
