Position Responsibilities: • According to the regional overall development planning, develop and decompose the responsible area store annual and monthly retail plans and goals, and manage the performance target progress, to ensure that the regional goals are achieved. • Regular monthly stage of operation, and holiday node promotions to summarize and review the situation, align and clarify the direction of work and ideas, supervise store management • Coordinate shopping malls - franchisees - headquarters communication, maintain good customer relations, to ensure smooth store operations, to solve problems in cooperation • Linkage headquarters department, promote and supervise the store personnel product training, store activities guide, display specifications and company policies • Completion of the work of the higher leadership accountable tasks, timely feedback

Qualifications: • 2 years of experience in store/multi-store/regional operation and management, fashion/new retail/FMCG/shoes and apparel industry related work experience is preferred. • Strong team communication and management skills, high professionalism, strong communication and coordination skills, able to lead the team to complete the performance indicators • Able to withstand a certain degree of work pressure, self-driven, proactive adaptable. Able to accept irregular domestic round-trip business trips • Have certain English communication skills, and be able to accept local work in the UAE
