Job Description:
• Responsible for the daily operation of the major e-commerce platform products, such as store daily maintenance and promotion;
• According to the platform rules on violations of the penalty, and the relevant data analysis and summary
• Responsible for the platform product shelves, editing and optimization, improve product quality and price competitiveness
• Collect and analyze market information, timely feedback on customer demand and market changes
• Analysis of competitors' product strategy and marketing practices, put forward reasonable suggestions and implementation
• Responsible for the handling of customer inquiries and after-sales service tracking work
• Responsible for store data monitoring and analysis, timely detection and problem solving
• Assist the supervisor to manage the subordinate team, coordinate the daily working relationship between the departments
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year experience in operating e-commerce channels and platforms, able to build 0-1 under the guidance of the company;
• Familiar with the rules and play of mainstream overseas e-commerce platforms, and can adapt business logic and strategy to match the local market and consumer habits
• Good business communication and cooperation development ability, have the Middle East local e-commerce traffic end, social community and MCN organization resources is better
• Can withstand a certain degree of work pressure, self-driven, proactive adaptability, can take the initiative to coordinate the company's upstream and downstream resources and external resource support, to promote the business objectives.
• Have a certain degree of English communication skills, can accept to work in the UAE.
