Sales and Customer Service Serve and manage clientele with professionalism and a deep understanding of their needs. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through effective sales strategies and exceptional customer service. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, including new arrivals, customization options, and design trends. Ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through to after-sales service. Work collaboratively with the entire sales team to maximize showroom performance and customer satisfaction. Store Operations Assist in maintaining the store’s visual standards to reflect company brand image. Ensure all client interactions and transactions are recorded accurately in the sales system. Marketing and Outreach Engage in local marketing activities and events to promote company’s and attract new clients. Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.

Qualifications: Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in sales or a related field. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a high-end environment. In-depth knowledge of furniture trends and brands (a plus). Open to work on weekends (6 days work week)
