What you'll be doing - Planning and delivering CRM campaigns across the 2 markets and multiple channels with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and acquiring new customers - Making sure the customer database is correctly segmented for targeted marketing activities. - Collaborating with other departments ensure the CRM strategy works well for every aspect of the business. - Development of testing strategies to guarantee the most efficient approach for CRM and our customers. - Coming up with creative ideas, preparing proposals, overseeing the production process & execution - Nuturing brand relationships and liasing on collaborations - Contributing to projects such as automations, personalisation strategies and more - Weekly and adhoc reporting on campaigns to measure success and opportunity - Think strategically and question strategies to fully optimize

What you'll need to succeed - The ability to meet tight deadlines and outstanding time management skills. - Teamworking with CRM team aswell as other stakeholders and brands - Excellent communication skills - Commercial awareness with a strategic mindset - Analytical skills - Creativity - Problem-Solving - Project management - Highly organized - 3+ years CRM experience What we can offer you With us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
