Supply Chain Executive

Overview of the role

To provide executive administrative support for Fashions proactively and with minimal supervision. The primary focus of this role is to manage end-to-end logistics of all fashion products within the UAE & non-UAE regions.

 

What you will do

Supply Chain Management

  • Measure, monitor and manage cost and budgeting for fashion brand logistics.
  • Manage compliance of products, exports, and documentation to other GCC from UAE central distribution center complying with country requirements and regulations; SABER – Brand support on certification body application of yearly/monthly subscription of all products for Importation to KSA
  • Support Brand for all Egypt shipment requirements for GOEIC / Whitelisting and all regulations needed for Importation to Egypt.
  • Maintain warehousing standards as expected
  • Preparing Monthly Provisions for Fashions, budgeting
  • Monitoring all warehouse Invoices/cost

3PL Warehouse on Inbound Logistics Management

  • High-level shipment tracking and reporting
  • KPIs as per AF Fashion best practice
  • Liaise with Buying & Supply chain to meet On-Shelf Availability
  • Responsible point upstream (Supply point, JAFZ to RDC)

Coordinate with 3PL warehouse and delivery partner on Outbound Logistics management

  • Managing warehousing KPI performance
  • Product cycle time; arrival to dispatch lead time/ performance
  • Accuracy; Prepaid and added gross
  • Delivery On Time

 

E-commerce operations management

  • Manage last-mile e-commerce operations from the warehouse, future projects in scope.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse on delivery accuracy and performance.
  • Day-to-day coordination with stores/ service partners and customer service.
  • Daily monitoring of backlog / Productivity report to stakeholders.
  • Pending delivery orders and tracking of incomplete details of customers
  • Allocation split for last mile partner

Reporting

  • One-to-one with the buying, planning, and operations team.
  • Lead weekly calls and reports.
  • Weekly, monthly and YTD reviews and reports
  • Dashboard reports using Power BI or MS Project

What equips you for the role

Minimum Qualification and Knowledge

Education: University Degree or Master's certification in Supply Chain or Finance, SAP expertise preferable, Good knowledge in MS Office Applications, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel

 

Minimum Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics and Warehousing in a similar role
