Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. As the first point of contact for our office, the Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in maintaining office operations and ensuring a positive experience for our clients and employees.


Responsibilities:


Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals.

Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms.

Maintain filing systems both electronically and physically.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data.

Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.

Assist in making travel arrangements and accommodations.

Handle confidential information with discretion.

Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Requirements:


Skills

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and planning skills.

High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
