  • Improve main KPIs to generate success factors such as unit & amount sales, profitability, and UPT.
  • Analyze data to create the best strategies for the store.
  • Overview of all operational and administrative tasks.
  • Provide the most appropriate service to customer expectations and constantly take actions to improve customer satisfaction.


Skills

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience in luxury retail.
  • Excellent spoken English and Arabic.
  • Ability to work in a multinational environment.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and a positive attitude are a must.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
