Operations Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the operations team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Communication: Handle internal and external correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Coordination: Assist in coordinating operational activities and projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary and ensuring supplies are adequately stocked.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and update data in relevant systems and databases.
  • Reporting: Assist in preparing and analyzing operational reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Customer Service: Provide support to customers and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Task Management: Support the operations team with various tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.


Skills

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Operations Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Operations Assistant or related field is a plus.
