We are currently seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and providing general administrative support to our staff.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Provide information and assistance to visitors and callers
- Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure it is well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
Preferred Candidate:
- 1-5 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
