- Provide exceptional customer service to our discerning clientele
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall success
- Present and sell our exquisite jewelry pieces with passion and expertise
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Assist with in-store events and promotions
Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in luxury sales, preferably in jewelry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and cater to the needs of high-end clients
- General computer skills to use Microsoft Office and learn POS system
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under the guidance of the manager
- Bilingual in English with Arabic, Russian, or Chinese preferred
