Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create engaging and relevant content, including text, images, videos, and graphics.
Schedule and publish posts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers.
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the success of campaigns and strategies.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing goals.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
Coordinate with influencers and partners for collaborations and promotions.
Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and organized posting.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Ability to create visually appealing content using design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Analytical skills to interpret social media data and make data-driven decisions.
Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
