Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Develop and monitor budgets and financial plans. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support to junior finance team members. Requirements Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations. Experience with financial reporting and analysis. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High level of integrity and professionalism. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, with proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and management.
