* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (master's degree a plus). * Minimum 8 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field. * Proven track record of successfully implementing large-scale data science solutions that have generated significant business value. * Experience leading and managing a team of data scientists and engineers. * Strong technical skills in machine learning, statistical analysis, data mining, and programming languages like Python, R, and SQL. * Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
