Our client is looking for a seasoned and results-oriented HR professional to lead their Human Capital and Talent Management Solutions Department. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the successful implementation of multiple SAP HR / SuccessFactors projects across the entire business. You will manage a team of approximately 60 individuals currently running over 15 large-scale projects. Description * Oversee the delivery of all SAP HR / SuccessFactors implementation projects on time and within budget * Manage project priorities, timelines and resources effectively * Foster strong stakeholder relationships (internal and external) to ensure alignment and project success * Manage and oversee the performance of a team of approximately 60 HR professionals * Provide strategic direction and guidance on all HR and talent management initiatives * Ensure effective vendor management for all HR and talent management solutions Job Offer * Unique opportunity to contribute to an ambitious digital transformation program * Competitive, tax-free salary

* A solid track record of leading project delivery for multiple SAP HR / SuccessFactors implementations within a large, complex organisation with a minimum of 10,000+ users * Must have experience in the UAE or the broader Middle East region. Arabic speakers strongly preferred * In-depth knowledge of HR modules, workflows and best practices * Strong understanding of talent management principles, including succession planning and skills management * Proven managerial experience with the ability to lead a large and diverse team * Exceptional communication, collaboration, influencing and change management skills * Adaptable and agile, with the ability to prioritise and deliver results in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
