Experienced Automotive Service Advisor

We are looking for an energetic, talented and gulf experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. Preference will be given to candidates who can speak Arabic and prior experience in Mercedes Benz Brand or High-End Cars. The service advisor s responsibilities include:

1.Greeting customers to provide quality service for their customers. 2. They are responsible for making sure that all of the services and repairs on a customer's vehicle are done in a timely manner, and that any problems that arise during this process receive proper attention. 3. A Service Advisor can also help guide customers through the various options available to them when it comes to repairing or replacing their car, as well as providing advice on how best to care for and use their automobile. 4.Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs. 5.Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers. 6.Answering questions about service outcomes and scheduling and booking appointments, vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up. 7.Providing customers with information and advice on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and the advantages of trading in versus fixing their car. 8.Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business. 9. Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are related to customers and processing their payments. 10.Liaising with service technicians about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed.
