Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Commission-Only Sales Representatives to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue for our company by selling our products/services. This role is commission-based, offering 15% of total sales as compensation, providing unlimited earning potential for top performers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Proactively identify, engage, and convert potential customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve maximum profitability for the company.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using our CRM system.
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns.

Compensation:
