• Liase with government authorities like Dubai Land Department to ensure compliance with regulation and legal requirements 
• Monitor changes in legislation and advise on their impact on real estate development projects.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentations to government authorities.
• Develop and execute public affairs strategies to enhance the company’s reputation.
• Conduct public opinion research related to real estate development trends and issues; analyze and report on policy changes and political developments.
