Job Title: Sales Agent - International Outbound Sales Executive

Location: Dubai, Business Bay

Company: JNL Marketing Management (Established Since 2019, Global Operations)

Salary:

Base Salary: 4,000 AED per month

Commission: 5% - 10 % of sales value

Monthly Sales Target: $10,000 to $20,000

Responsibilities:

-Utilize extensive sales experience to sell financial claim consultation services over the phone.

-Conduct daily outbound calls to potential clients seeking financial claims from various sources.

-Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets set at $20,000.

-Demonstrate exceptional verbal communication skills in English, effectively conveying the value proposition of the company's services.

-Maintain a high level of professionalism, responsibility, and punctuality in the office environment.

-Provide past payslips as proof of previous sales achievements, demonstrating experience in selling products worth $20,000 or more per product.

Requirements:

-Excellent American/British accent.

-Fluent in English with excellent verbal communication skills.

-Proven experience in telesales in industry Insurance, Real Estate, Automotive,

-Experience in the cryptocurrency industry specifically with scam recoveries and assistance.

-Specifically selling products with a value of $20,000 or more per product.

-Money driven professional

-Extensive experience in sales, particularly in hard selling accounts, with a proven track record of success in high-value transactions such as luxury real estate, yachts, and luxury cars etc..

-Highly motivated individual with a strong desire to achieve high earnings, prioritizing financial success.

-Residing in Dubai with no plans to relocate in the near future.

-Immediate availability to start working in the company office located in Business Bay.

-Commitment to personal and professional growth within a well-established organization.

-Strong sense of responsibility, sharp mindset, and the ability to take the job seriously.
