Job Description:
- Expands business by recognizing and selling existing and new products; sustaining relationships with clients by providing support, information, and direction; exploring and endorsing new opportunities.
- Negotiates, close deals and handle complaints or complaints.
- Prepares and provides proper presentations and demonstrations on products and services.
- Responsible of collecting money from the market & monitors collection time based on payment terms.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Skills
- In-depth knowledge to convert leads into a final customer, thereby contributing to the company revenue.
- Proven track record of maintaining professional ethics through the portrayal of exemplary soft skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
- Ability to prioritize targets as per the requirements set forth by the company.
- Proven command on improving conversion rate through modern communication channels and impressive presentations.
- Strong negotiation skills.
