Job Title: Admin | Accounts Assistant | Arabic Speaker

Job Type: Full Time | Dubai

Salary: AED 4,000

Our client is a leading business consulting firm in Dubai that provides expert advice and guidance to businesses across various industries. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team.


Requirements:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage and organize executive schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including memos,

reports, and presentations.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and order new supplies as needed.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.

Financial Management:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable,

expense reports, and invoices.

  • Perform regular financial data entry and ensure accuracy in all financial

documentation.

  • Support the finance team in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-2 years years of administrative experience with a focus on financial tasks.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ZOHO BOOKS) and


Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

5 days a week | 8 to 5 pm
