Job Summary:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients in the FMCG sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Present, promote, and sell products to existing and prospective customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable growth for the company.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team on customer preferences and market trends.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and its products.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role in the FMCG sector.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
