Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive in our pharmaceutical distribution company, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our range of pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers, pharmacies, hospitals, and other relevant institutions. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical market.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales deals.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

Product Promotion and Marketing:

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
  • Educate customers on the features, benefits, and uses of pharmaceutical products.
  • Participate in marketing events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote company products.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Analyze sales performance data and prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and product improvements.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve overall company objectives and goals.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in Abu Dhabi or in a similar sales role within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, and healthcare practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory ( Abu Dhabi)
