- Monitor and analyze sales performance and marketing campaign effectiveness, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create localized content and marketing materials that resonate with the target audience.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network and promote the brand.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and standards related to product sales and marketing.
Skills
Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the maternal and baby products sector.
- Strong understanding of the Middle Eastern market, including cultural nuances and consumer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
