Digital Marketing/Social Media Manager

This role will overlook the development and management of target advertising campaigns. This role will encompass various digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing and digital advertising. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices, coupled with a proven track record of driving successful digital campaigns. The candidate must execute comprehensive digital marketing related digital areas such as customer retention initiatives, personalized customer experiences and conduct segmentation analysis to identify and target specific customer segments with customized marketing messages and offers. The candidate will also assist to update and maintain our e-commerce website. A strong understanding of web design principles, proficiency in WordPress development, and experience in managing website content is a must have. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our online presence across various social media platforms. The candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads for our furniture business, including manage all social media channels, scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring social media analytics to track performance and optimize strategy.

Requirements: • Candidate must have experience working as a Digital Marketing Manager, and ideally within the retail industry. • Must have a proven track record in Digital Marketing and be able to do all that is required in the job description. • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager (Content Creator) in retail industry. • Demonstrated ability to create and manage engaging and effective social media content that drives brand awareness and lead generation. • Strong understanding of social media advertising and experience in managing paid campaigns. • Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
