Overview of the role:
To assist and in planning and executing projects together with the marketing manager in line with the objectives for the year. Key accountabilities include lead on - Annual events and communication plans, content management for marketing collaterals and communication channels, annual event calendars and, signage and wayfinding, admin support for the team.
What you will do:
- Support planning and execution of the annual marketing calendar and campaign collaterals (signages, wayfinding).
- Liaise with suppliers for marketing requirements and quotations.
- Manage and update content for brochures, websites, social media, and marketing materials, ensuring brand standards.
- Conduct content editing, research, and campaign adaptation based on response.
- Identify new creative initiatives and suppliers.
- Support event preparation and execution, including CSR and destination events, managing onsite activities.
- Maintain external contacts for sourcing opportunities.
- Handle post-event reporting, budget tracking, inventory management, and competitor analysis, completing tasks within deadlines.
Skills
Required skills to be successful:
Minimum Experience:
1-2 years in Marketing – Graphics Designing
