We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi & Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing within the restaurant industry and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for our restaurant business. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of various social media platforms, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to lead a team to execute effective social media campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals and enhance brand presence.
Content Creation and Curation: Design, write, and publish engaging content (text, image, video) for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and brand messaging.
Community Management: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and manage online communities to foster a positive and interactive brand presence.
Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hopper, and native platform analytics. Use insights to optimize content and strategy.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, promotions, contests, and partnerships, to drive traffic and engagement.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Apply insights to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, graphic designers, and other departments to ensure cohesive and comprehensive marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging data and insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
- Maintain brand consistency and ensure that all marketing initiatives align with the overall brand positioning and messaging.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and enhance the restaurant's marketing efforts.
- Manage 3rd party business partners to ensure our objectives are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in a marketing management role within the restaurant industry, with a strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in the food and beverage market.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve ambitious marketing goals.
