Document Controller

We are looking for a Document Controller to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Document Controller, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all company documents and records. You will ensure that all documents are properly stored, indexed, and accessible to authorized personnel.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and control all company documents and records, both electronic and physical copies.
  2. Create and maintain an organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents.
  3. Ensure that all documents are properly labeled and indexed for easy reference.
  4. Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of documents.
  5. Prepare and distribute documents to the relevant departments and stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Document Controller.
  2. With knowledge in EDMS/ACONEX
  3. Excellent knowledge of document management systems and software.
  4. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  6. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
