We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a keen eye for design, and a knack for storytelling. This role involves managing our social media accounts, developing content, and engaging with our audience to build a strong online presence and drive brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals and target audience.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality, engaging content (text, image, video) tailored to each social media platform.
- Scheduling and Posting: Plan and schedule posts using social media management tools to ensure consistent presence across all channels.
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and prepare reports to inform future strategies.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, events, and initiatives.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and style.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our strategy fresh and effective.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a related industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
