POSITION: Real Estate Agent

LOCATION: Office No. 2005B, Latifa Tower, Trade Center 1, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE

SALARY STRUCTURE:

1. Basic Allowance:

  • A fixed basic allowance of AED 1000/- for the first 3 months will be provided to all newly hired experienced real estate agents.

2. Commission structure:

  • Agents will receive a 50% share of the commission generated from their transactions.

3. Bonus Eligibility:

  • Once an agent reaches the minimum target of AED 20,000/- in commission generated, they become eligible for a performance bonus.
  • The bonus will be 10% of their share of the commission earned above the target amount.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on property values and trends.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service.
  • Negotiate and finalize property transactions.
  • Prepare and present real estate documents and contracts.
  • Registering and obtaining NOC from developers, landlords, and property management.
  • Cold calling and finding a property to list.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for real estate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred.
  • A valid real estate license is a plus.
  • Having a car and a driving license is a plus.
