Our team currently recruits to the following market sectors across the MENA region: - PIF Projects - Real Estate Developers - Main Contractors - Fit Out Contractors - Design & Engineering Consultancies - Project Management Consultancies - Commercial Real Estate The Position As an Associate Recruitment Consultant you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging with potential candidates to support our growing business needs. Key Responsibilities: - Source and screen candidates through various channels (e.g., Linkedin, job boards, social media, referrals) - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings - Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and requirements - Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process - Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates by understanding their career goals, aspirations, and preferences, and providing guidance and support accordingly. - Demonstrate an understanding of the FPA culture, values, and employer brand to effectively represent our company in the market - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and recruitment proccesses to continuously improve candidate generation strategies, and outcomes. - Uphold high ethical standards and compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing recruitment and hiring practices.
