Job Description: -Study contract agreement, job specifications, drawings & BOQ to determine appropriate construction methods and prepare/submit project progress reports, or project tracking reports. -Coordinate with design/technical department for the shop drawings, structural calculation and material submittal. -Shop drawings and materials approval follow?up with client/consultant/main contractor -Coordinate on?site activities according to project’s plan while ensuring compliance with safety regulations /laws, environmental standards -Confer with sub?contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, or construction problems
